...and then for THE pure celebration of what makes life interesting..... we took a trip to Nowhere!
Yeah… quiet literally, we took 5 people, traveling over 6245 km by train, bus and plane - Amsterdam, L.A, New Mexico... Texas and all in one week...to a place called...
Nowhere, Oklahoma in deepest USA but it was all about the trip and not the destination...
The campaign captures the inspiring and raw moments of this group of 6 individuals. Each shot in portrait style images in their personal environment, in a place that
may represent where they came from of might dream of …or what they left simply left behind.
The infamous Dutch documentary fashion photographic duo Petrovksy and Ramone, shot the energetic, eclectic and intense action in the making which makes up
the new season’s campaign and were accompanied by cutting edgefilm director, Paul Geusebroek, who created a raw and inspiring “Amazing Trip to Nowhere” movie.
Two of the five lucky people will also recount their personal experiences to Nowhere in day by day stories that will go live
on the Meltin’Pot blog http://blog.meltinpot.com/wordpress/.
The evidence will go live with a BANG on the 06.07.11 on www.meltinpot.com
and the brand’s other social network channels.

Not enough excitement last month with the successful launch of the first dedicated Meltin’Pot flagship Denim store in Riccione, Italy... THOUGHT NOT… the NEXT
STOP... BERLIN!- NOWHERE= NOW HERE!
BERLIN POP UP STORE 06.07.11- 06.09.11
Another first for the brand. This unique pop up boutique will open its doors during the period Bread & Butter (the most important European sports and denim wear
fair) for a two-month period. This first example of a Pop Up boutique with many to follow in the near future…will feel like home from home.
The space spanning 110sqm is based on Weinmeisterstrasse no2, within the heart of the Mitte district, aka one of Berlin’s hubs of cultural and entertainment. The
style of the store successfully integrates the never-ending “Journey to Nowhere”, from which it takes its design inspiration from modular flight (travel) cases and
using them to create eclectic wow-installations.
An easy vibe and a place to get to know us better. A summer place not only to hang with your local mates and meet some out of town new ones or listen to some
eclectic tunes but to also shop some jeans from our latest fall winter 2011 treasures including the “Must Have” men’s workwear selection and the all new women’s
denim line.
One off band’s will jam, guest DJ’s will pop by and play a couple of vinyl tracks, this pop up store will give all that visit a welcome home feelin into the world of
Meltin’Pot.
AT EVERY STOP we setup camp and create a temporary home... and there will be more Pop Up surprises so - Watch your space .
The Meltin’Pot Pop Up Store will be open Mon-Sat:
During the Bread and Butter fair from 11am - 10pm
and from 11am to 8pm thereafter until the 6th September

A by-invitation-only cocktail Barbeque-Grill to celebrate the opening of the Pop Up store will take place on the 6th July 2011 from 19.00 hrs.
